Description: This is a lady with A cup breasts who wanted to be larger but not too large. She elected to have the surgery with the incision in the arm pit. Close analysis shows that her left side is smaller, tighter and has a higher positioned breast fold. The ideal surgery for her would be breast augmentation on both sides and a breast lift on the right to improve the symmetry of the nipples. However, she absolutely did not want to have any scars on her breasts and was willing to live with some asymmetry. She is very happy with the results, especially the fact that there are no scars on her breasts at all. She looks larger but still natural. Some people may say that we could make her even bigger. It is true, but her desires come first. The scars under the armpits are barely noticeable. Transaxillary (armpit) breast enlargement is an excellent technique for the patients who naturally have small and not droopy breasts. For the patient and her plastic surgeon it is very important to dete

This young lady is very athletic and desired to have larger breasts. Before her pregnancy she was B-C size. After the birth of a child her breasts decreased in size very significantly and became even less then were before. Her size was 34A- and she wanted to have fuller breasts about B+ to C cup as before her pregnancy. She wanted to be larger but not too large. We used Mentor style 1600 350 cc implants. She is very happy with the results, especially the fact that her breasts do not look like they are empty. She looks larger but still very natural. The scars healed very well and are barely noticeable. Sub-areolar breast enlargement is an excellent technique for the patients who naturally have small and not very droopy breasts. For the patient and her plastic surgeon it is very important to determine the breast implant size based not only on how large the breasts can be but also on desire to preserve the balance between the personality, body type and desired final look. As you can see b

This is a young lady in her early twentieth who has a very significant difference between her breasts. Due to the difference she used to wear additional pads inside of her bra on her left size. While wearing full set of clothes she looked very symmetric. The problem was, however, that she would never go out with her friends during the summers, especially swimming or to the beach. It may not be very apparent on the picture, but the difference between her breasts is quite significant. It is not only in size but also in the shape of both breasts. If you take a close look you can see that her left breast is higher and smaller then the right one. In addition to that the left breast has a tight ring around its base. This condition is known as tuberous breast deformity. Her right breast is much wider, bigger and more droopy. Tubular malformation of the breast, also known as tuberous breast deformity, is a condition that can be present in males or females. It has many variations, but all of th
